Westwood to Create Amber Jewelry at Amberif

Barbara WestwoodJewelry designer Barbara Westwood will be the special guest at Amberif 2009, the 16th International Fair of Amber Jewellery and Gemstones, to be held March 11-14.

Westwood has designed a jewelry collection for the fair, out of amber nuggets donated by the members of the International Amber Association. Amber, which is different from classic hard gemstones, is a new material for Westwood so those attending the fair can expect surprising results.

Westwood’s creations will be on display among the other artists’ at the Designers’ Gallery.
