Heading into its third year, the West Coast Jewelry Show has added a complimentary hotel room program for retailers attending the show from 50 or more miles away. In addition, the show has shifted to later dates, Sept. 9-10, 2007. The location will again be the Anaheim Convention Center, Hall E, Anaheim, Calif.
“For 2007, we will continue to make the show more user friendly by adding a major new program—free rooms for retail jewelers attending WCJS from 50 or more miles away,” said Howard Hauben, president of the West Coast Jewelry Show. “Many jewelers in the Western United States who would like to attend the show will find this offering to be a key opportunity.”
The dates will also shift from late August to the weekend following Labor Day to enable independent jewelers from the Western United States to better sense their markets for the holiday season prior to finishing their buying.
Another WCJS improvement will be the move of the popular “Holiday Boot Camp” Educational Seminar Program to take place on the show floor, with extra sessions to be added for greater retailer convenience.
The show will offer nearly 300 exhibitors at all price points covering supplies and services, colored gemstones, sterling silver, designer and high-end jewelry, timepieces and more.
