VNU Expositions said Tuesday that it will combine its two Jewelry Group Shows held at the Wynn in Las Vegas.
The Couture Jewellery Collection & Conference and Signature Salons will become the Couture show, to be held May 30 till June 4, 2007. VNU said the new trade show format will leverage the Couture brand and model as the destination for high end design, while expanding the retail audience and customer base to create a one-stop show for the elite retailer during Market Week.
“It is our goal to continually listen to the members of the Couture community, both exhibitors and retailers alike, and present a show that addresses the goals of both groups,” Lee Arevian, vice president of the VNU Jewelry Group, said in a statement.
VNU official said that Couture will honor retailer badges from The JCK Show ~ Las Vegas 2007 (June 1-5).
Retailers who have supported Couture consistently over the years will be designated “Cornerstone Retailers” and will enjoy special activities, privileges and accommodations at the Wynn, VNU said.
