Fiera di Vicenza, which owns the VicenzaOro jewelry shows, may soon be listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, a statement said.
“As soon [as] possible, another shareholders’ meeting will be convened to discuss the methods and strategies for the listing process,” said a statement.
The statement added the company’s board feels a listing is “supported by strategic and economic objectives.”
