UPS Capital, the UPS subsidiary that last month purchased jewelry shipper Parcel Pro, just snatched up another delivery business that services the industry: G4S Insured Parcel Services.
Insured Parcel Services was previously owned by G4S International Logistics (G4Si), a division of security company G4S.
In a statement, UPS Capital president Ronald Chang said the twin acquisitions demonstrate it is “dedicated” to servicing the jewelry industry.
