Ulysse Nardin Appoints New CEO

Patrik P. Hoffmann was appointed as CEO of Ulysse Nardin during the Extraordinary General
Meeting of the watch manufacturer on April 27.

Hoffmann
was appointed CEO following the unexpected death of president and CEO Rolf
Schnyder on April 14.

Hoffmann
joined Ulysee Nardin in 1999 and has been a leading member of staff for many
years. Hoffman played a significant role in the success of the company in North
and Central America, as the director of the U.S. corporate offices.

“Thank
to the innovative energy of the company, and in harmony with the intentions of
the visionary Rolf W. Schnyder and his tireless pioneering spirit, we stand by
the strategy of independence,” Hoffmann said in a statement.

Chai
Schnyder, Rolf Schnyder’s widow, was appointed president of the board of directors.
