Tiffany & Co. has appointed Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide to handle its global marketing.
The company confirmed it was looking for a new agency in October.
Ogilvy & Mather will provide brand positioning and advertising support for Tiffany & Co. globally, including print, digital, video, and out-of-home. The agency will work with the retailer’s in-house marketing department.
Tiffany chose Ogilvy because of its experience in luxury and global reach, Caroline Naggiar, senior vice president and chief marketing officer for Tiffany & Co., said in a statement.
“We are thrilled to have the privilege of partnering with such an iconic brand,” said Chris Garbutt, chief creative officer of Ogilvy & Mather Paris and New York, in a statement. “From a creative point of view, it’s exciting to have the opportunity to develop emotionally inspiring work.”
