Signature Jewelers Inc., a jewelry retailer based out of Lebanon, Tennessee, filed Wednesday for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, according to local news source.

According to the report, the filing with U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Nashville lists assets of $362,506 and liabilities of $1.6 million.
