Target Corporation has appointed Lisa Roath executive vice president and chief marketing officer.
In her new role, Roath will lead the company’s core marketing functions, including creative, guest marketing strategy, retail brand experience, social media, paid media strategy, and marketing strategy and operations. She will report to Cara Sylvester, executive vice president and chief guest experience officer.
A 17-year veteran of Target, Roath most recently served as its senior vice president of food and beverage merchandising. During her tenure, annual food and beverage sales grew to more than $5 billion.
