The Dreyfuss Group, a Swiss company that manufactures the Rotary, Dreyfuss & Co., and J&T Windmills brands, has been acquired by China Haidian Holdings.
The Hong Kong–based investment company, which owns two of the four leading brands in China, acquired 100 percent of the business from the Dreyfuss family, which founded the company in 1895.
Following the acquisition, the Dreyfuss Group management team, including executive chairman Robert Dreyfuss, will remain with the business.
