Shares of Swatch Group stock fell after chief executive
officer Nick Hayek said the rising value of the Swiss franc relative to the
dollar hurts the group’s profitability, according to a report from
Reuters.
The report said the Swiss franc has risen 15 percent against
the dollar in 2010.
