Talk about a luxurious skin-care ritual: Jewelry designer Suzanne Kalan has collaborated on a diamond-infused treatment that blends the Natura Bissé brand products with Kalan’s rose-cut diamonds.
The Diamond Acu-Energy Facial x Suzanne Kalan is available through March 31 for spa clients at Dorchester Collection hotels in the London area, to mark the grand openings of their wellness spas.
“I am a big believer in natural beauty and harnessing nature to make women feel amazing. This is such a huge part of why I love designing and creating jewelry, and so this partnership made such sense to me,” says Kalan.
Priced at £600 pounds (approximately $766), the special treatment is like acupuncture but with diamonds instead of needles. It is designed to rejuvenate the skin and promote overall well-being, Kalan says.

Kalan describes diamonds as powerful, with properties that reduce stress and anxiety. She’d been interested in exploring the world of wellness to reinforce the connection between luxury, beauty, and self-care, and the Natura Bissé treatment is her first collaboration in the industry.
“People call me the Queen of Diamonds, which makes me happy. I come from a family of jewelers, as does my husband. We’ve worked with stones and sourced stones for over 40 years,” she says.
“I am so passionate about finding the perfect stone, then creating the perfect design so that someone can feel incredible, create memories, and love each piece I make,” Kalan adds. “To find stones for the Suzanne Kalan x Natura Bissé treatments at the Dorchester was the same—they had to have the right facets, bring incredible cleansing energy, but also be comfortable in the treatment.”
Kalan felt a kinship with Natura Bissé, she says, given that the skin-care brand—which is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year—has gained many fans with its popular Diamond regimen. She uses Natura Bissé products on her own skin.
The Dorchester Collection has added Natura Bissé spas at the Dorchester and 45 Park Lane, both located in London’s Mayfair neighborhood, and at the Coworth Park hotel in Ascot, about an hour outside the city. The hotel group wanted to offer something that would grab people’s attention, and a diamond-facial treatment apparently fit the bill.
To amp up the experience, clients can opt to do the Diamond Acu-Energy Facial x Suzanne Kalan in a unique environment: Natura Bissé’s Pure Air Bubble. Think of it as a mix between an igloo and a giant bubble filled with state-of-the-art purified air—Natura Bissé says it enhances the efficacy of its Diamond products and the facial’s acupuncture techniques.
If a diamond is forever, would a skin-care treatment that uses diamonds in it give you forever radiant skin? Kalan can’t promise that, but it’s worth a try.
