NAJA Offers Scholarship for Gemology Students

NAJA logoThe National Association of Jewelry Appraisers (NAJA) has announced that it will award an ACE It Appraisal Conference Scholarship to a deserving gemology student, inviting all GIA, FGA, FGAA, FGG, FCGmA, and RGA students to apply.

The opportunity will give one lucky student a first-hand experience to attend  the 41st annual ACE It Winter Educational Conference, scheduled to take place in Tucson, Ariz., on Feb. 2–3, 2014 next year. The scholarship covers the conference fee only.

Applicants mst send a resume, photo, and essay explanining the reason why they want to become a gems and jewelry appraiser.

Applications can be obtained through the NAJA website, and the deadline for submission is Nov. 1. The final selection will be announced on Dec. 1.
