Hasenfeld-Stein Debuts the FireCushion Cut

Hasenfeld Stein FireCushion cut diamond

Hasenfeld-Stein presents the patent-pending FireCushion and FireCushion Forevermark stones, which were officially unveiled in May at the LUXURY and JCK Las Vegas jewelry shows.

The FireCushion is classified as cushion brilliant by the GIA and rated excellent in both polish and symmetry. The stones appear at least 15 percent larger than typical cushions of similar weight, due to the facets that go directly from girdle to culet, eliminating the extra belly and excess weight so typical of modified brilliant cushion cuts.

“This was the next logical progression for our company,” said president Hertz Hasenfeld in a press release. “After the success we enjoyed with the FireMark Princess, we wanted to do the same or similar with a cushion. We were certain we had an important breakthrough when our customers almost unanimously told us they could see the difference immediately.”

All FireCushion retailers receive full marketing support including geographic exclusivity, point-of-sale selling tools, sales training, and graphics and videos for their online presence. For more information on how to become an exclusive FireCushion retailer, email Steve Feldman at
