Thorsten Introduces Contemporary Gold Ring Collection
Long Beach, Calif.–based Thorsten Jewelry has announced a new collection of contemporary gold rings, which will be showcased at the upcoming Atlanta Jewelry Show and the JA New York show, both in March.
The collection, designed for men and women, puts a Thorsten spin on conventional styles, with opal, mother-of-pearl, and carbon fiber giving the jewelry a modern touch. Rings may also be made with a variety of woods, like black walnut, koa, teak, and more.

Shy Creation Featured on Today Show Proposal
The latest bridal collection from Shy Creation, 3 by Shy, was featured on NBC’s Today as part of a surprise proposal segment on Valentine’s Day. The segment, hosted by Harry Connick Jr., Al Roker, and Sheinelle Jones, featured a Marines veteran proposing to his fiancée-to-be with a 1.03 ct. emerald-cut engagement ring, which retails for $12,998.
“Shy Creation wanted to give back this holiday and honor our servicemen by providing a deserving military veteran with the perfect engagement ring for their special day,” said Shy Creation president David Dayan in a press release.
