Riva Jewelry Manufacturing Offering Managerial Positions

Brooklyn’s world-class jewelry manufacturer Riva recently announced a lineup of jewelry-related job openings. Candidates who have a good eye for gems and a record of providing superb customer service are encouraged to apply.

Two-plus years of experience in jewelry inspection as well as a recommended GIA certification are requested for two available positions as a quality control inspector. The employees would ensure the highest levels of product quality via training and auditing, and interact with the product development and operations team to expedite samples for new accounts.

Multiple positions are open for expert diamond setters who are also familiar with working with platinum. Equipped with five-plus years of microscope experience, only setters with prong, micro-pavé channel, bezel, and burnish will be considered.

Two sales manager positions are open, and employees would be responsible for sales budgets and act as attentive process stewards. Each candidate must be a true people person, excellent communicator, and organized sales-performance reporter. Additionally,  employees must be willing to travel one week per month to prospect, present, and close business to increase top-line growth.

Riva is also in search of two inventory-control specialists with top-notch managerial and organizational skills. A computer wiz with two-plus years of experience in the jewelry trade and a familiarity with Excel and ERP systems will suffice.

Do you have pristine knowledge of metal prices and jewelry cost-accounting skills? If so, Riva’s estimator position is the job for you. Approximately three-plus years of customer service, writing, telephone, and computer skills are a must.

Finally, two project managers are desired to transform customers’ concepts into reliable production designs. The employees will work with all departments, coordinate timetables, drive initiatives, and deliver high-quality results. Riva seeks seasoned jewelry veterans with five-plus years of experience in a jewelry-manufacturing environment for these positions.
