Rembrandt Charms Sales Team Grows by Two

Rembrandt Charms recently welcomed regional account manager Helen Mikkola and account manager Alexandra Charboneau to its sales team.

Vice president of the company Eric Lux explained that the two new additions are to ensure that Rembrandt continues to provide the service its customers are used to.

“A one-on-one personal approach is very important to us in order to truly get to know our customers and anticipate their needs,” said Lux. “This [addition] is…to ensure we are providing our retail jewelers and the consumer with quality product and service that is unsurpassed in the industry.”

Mikkola previously worked for Pandora as a visual merchandiser trainer and was responsible for growing its sales and introducing new merchandise.

Charboneau has been a part of Rembrandt since 2014 as, until recently, a member of the customer service department. Before Rembrandt, she worked for Jamari International Ltd. as a children’s wear designer.
