Supplier News: Week Of Sept. 28

Manufacturing Jewelers & Suppliers of America Introduces MJSA Expo Online

Manufacturing Jewelers & Suppliers of America (MJSA) has announced a virtual extension of its flagship trade show, MJSA Expo Online. The digital offering will present the latest jewelry-making supplies and services through a series of webinars, in-depth profiles, and social media streams.

“With the disruptions and cancellations brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic, we want to ensure our members have as many opportunities as possible to present their offerings to customers,” said MJSA president and CEO David W. Cochran in a statement. “Expo Online enables manufacturers, designers, trade suppliers, and subcontractors a way to extend the ‘Expo experience’ and interact throughout the year.”

As a part of Expo Online, each scheduled webinar, hosted by CEO of the Hill Management Group and MJSA’s webinar coordinator Andrea Hill (pictured), will run from 60 to 90 minutes. The webinars are free to all attendees, who will have the opportunity to ask questions, get answers, and schedule additional time to talk with exhibitors during the event.

MJSA Expo Online will also feature in-depth information about products and services on its Profile Pages, with detailed descriptions, videos, slide shows, downloadable materials, and an overview of each vendor’s background and capabilities. Every Profile Page has registration links for related webinars and a form to reach exhibitors directly.

Webinars will be available for later viewing after their original air dates on the MJSA Expo Online website, as well as through encore presentations on MJSA’s social media accounts. All registered Expo exhibitors in good standing are eligible to sign up for one Expo Online profile/webinar package, available free of charge prior to the 2021 expo (a $2,500 value).

A list of currently scheduled webinars, including presentations by United Precious Metal Refining (Oct. 7), National Chain Group (Oct. 28), and Gesswein (Nov. 4), are available at
