Suzanne Kalan to Introduce Stand-Alone Boutique in Harrods
Fine jewelry brand Suzanne Kalan announced plans to open its first stand-alone boutique within Harrods next month. The opening in London is part of the Los Angeles–based brand’s plans for global expansion and will see the debut of its 18k yellow gold and emerald line for the department store.
“Not only is this our first-ever boutique, but we have the privilege that it will be launched in Harrods, the most recognized luxury department store in the world,” said Suzanne Kalan in a statement. “As a family business, we are extremely proud to have reached a place to be in a position for global expansion.”

Lewis Jewelers Raises Funds for the Humane Society of Huron Valley
Ann Arbor, Mich., jewelry retailer Lewis Jewelers reported that it has donated a total of $2,180 to the Humane Society of Huron Valley (HSHV). The funds were raised as a part of the jewelers’ moving sale, which took place in early August.
“Giving back to our local community has always been important to all of us at Lewis Jewelers,” said Keith Largin, custom design specialist and creative adviser for Lewis Jewelers, in a statement. “This is the second year we’ve been able to provide support to HSHV through our annual sale. As pet lovers, we recognize the work they do to find loving homes for the strays and surrendered pets left in their care.”
