Buyers Intelligence Group Partners With Optimum Retail Solutions
Buyers Intelligence Group (BIG) and Optimum Retail Solutions (ORS) announced that they’re partnering to provide a new product for employee performance reporting for the jewelry industry.
While both companies are dedicated exclusively to the jewelry industry, BIG provides retailer and manufacturer solutions to improve merchandise performance and bottom line results, while ORS operates a management consulting firm. Its new service, via the partnership, is being called Performance Optimization Program (POP) and gives retailers a dashboard viewpoint of all their sales associates’ sales outcomes.
POP enables retailers to prioritize management efforts in a way that optimizes sales performance by their employees, by providing insight as to what sales behaviors need attention through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The program will be offered at two levels: a subscription-only format, providing access to the POP dashboard as well as training on how to interpret it; while the second level offers a monthly consulting component, providing in-depth coaching to retailers on things like sales team and management issues, business planning, and more.

Their approach to people aligns perfectly with how we manage inventory. It is data-driven, behavior-based, and process-focused, which helps simplify the complex sales management process to make it more objective.”
