Gemoro Offers New Portable LED Gemological Microscope for $399

Gemoro, a division of equipment supplier Sy Kessler, has introduced the Elite 1030 LED microscope for gemologists, jewelers, appraisers, and diamond professionals. It features 10x and 30x magnification, with optional eyepieces that increase magnification to 20x and 60x, as well as a 360-degree rotating head and precision optics for diamond and gemstone inspection and grading.

Designed for use at the bench, in the showroom, or on the road, the compact, portable microscope offers three daylight LED lighting options—base, overhead, and adjustable gooseneck illumination—and can be powered by either a rechargeable battery or an AC adapter. Additional features include a dark field, iris diaphragm, wire gem clip, stage plate, eye guards, and dust cover.

The Elite 1030 LED is available now at an introductory retail price of $399, and is backed by a one-year limited warranty.
