Rembrandt Charms VP to Compete in Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona

Rembrandt Charms has announced that its vice president, Eric Lux, will compete in the Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona. The event, which is the season opener to the IMSA WeatherTech Sportscar Championship, is in its 56th iteration and consists of 24 hours of nonstop racing at the Daytona International Speedway.

This marks the ninth time Lux has competed in this particular race and his 11th time driving in a 24-hour race, with others including the 24 Hours of Dubai and 24 Hours of Le Mans.

“I am thrilled to support Bar1 Motorsport’s Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona outfit,” said Lux in a press release. “I can’t wait to get behind the wheel!”

The winner of the race earns the prized Daytona Rolex wristwatch—Lux has come close on several occasions but has yet to win. The race will be held on Jan. 27 and 28, with coverage on Fox Sports 1 and uninterrupted coverage via the Fox Sports GO app. For more information, visit daytonainternationalspeedway.com.

Stuller Releases New Catalogs for 2018

Just in time for the new year, Stuller has released two new catalogs: Bridal 2018-2019 and Diamonds and Gemstones 2018-2019. The supplier is encouraging retailers to capitalize on the opportunity to refresh their stock after the holiday rush and to be prepared for incoming engagement ring shoppers.

“Our logic is simple: Every stone needs a setting, and every setting needs a stone,” said executive director of marketing, Ashley Brown, in a press release. “It just makes sense to release these two books together as they can go hand-in-hand at the sales counter.”

The bridal catalog is Stuller’s most comprehensive to date, featuring its largest offering of flexible 3C designs, easily customizable on Stuller’s website. The catalog is also made up of more than 40 percent new product, a new section for shanks and settings, new ring enhancers, and more styles shown in rose and yellow gold.

As for the Diamonds and Gemstones catalog, retailers will find a new variety of shapes, cuts, and sizes, with a color index for choosing stones by color, customer-designed pieces for inspiration, and shareable gemstone facts.
