Shy Creation Moves Into High-Tech Distribution Center

Shy Creation has moved into a new downtown Los Angeles headquarters on the cutting edge of logistics and technology. The new space features a modern showroom and a new digital platform that integrates all order processing, customer service, and sales.

“After two years of meticulous planning, we are excited to move into our new corporate headquarters and distribution center,” said David Dayan, co-owner of Shy Creation. “With the latest technology, our ability to serve the customer and increase our design and distribution capacity positions us to keep pace with the company’s growth.”

The new headquarters are located at 631 S. Olive St., Suite 900, in Los Angeles.

Shy Creation has been the winner of the JCK Jewelers’ Choice Awards grand prize for two years running. 

Samuel B. Launches B2B Portal

Samuel B., a purveyor of sterling silver and gold jewelry from Bali and around the world, has launched an updated mobile-friendly B2B portal. “Our sole focus in creating this new portal was to make it easier for our retail partners to place orders easily and effectively, and from the positive feedback we have gotten so far, I am confident that we’ve done that. I think this is the easiest to use B2B portal in the industry,” said Matthew Behnam, vice president of business development. Samuel B. will also be stocking items on the B2B store in order to allow orders to be shipped in one to two days.
