Stuller Holds 2025 Bench Jeweler Workshop
Stuller’s annual Bench Jeweler Workshop was held March 28–29 at the company’s headquarters in Lafayette, La., offering educational sessions, product demonstrations, and networking for jewelry-makers.
“This event is all about supporting jewelers in growing their skills and businesses,” said Jacob Dupuis, senior director of sales for Stuller, in a statement. “It’s great to see so many professionals come together, learn from each other, and make valuable connections.”
The workshop agenda included hands-on training, expert-led discussions, and classes on such topics as stone setting, laser welding, and CAD/CAM technology. It also featured the Battle of the Benches competition, which Stuller describes as a “series of mini-challenges” testing jewelers’ abilities in various areas. Winners were Christian Schneider on ring repair, Joseph Khalil for CAD, and Alan Harper and Carlos Rodriguez (tied) in the parts and pieces category. Student winners included Nathan Bradley for stone setting and Sebastian Padilla for sizing.
Stuller’s gold sponsor for the Bench Jeweler Workshop was United Precious Metals. The weekend event was also supported by silver sponsor Cliq and bronze sponsor ASIC.
