Stuller is a force in innovation. (Remember the unveiling of Counter Sketch Studio? It appeared to many that the Lafayette, La.–based firm had essentially forced competition at the time to completely change its business model.) So when I learned of two new diamond offerings from the brand at this year’s JCK Las Vegas, I was excited to see them in person. To be sure, they did not disappoint.
The first is the introduction of a new proprietary diamond cut dubbed Signature 74, which is a 74-facet cut stone designed to maximize light performance. And the second novelty is the Crisscut: Stuller is now the exclusive distributor of Crisscut loose emerald-cut diamonds (Christopher Designs offers its Crisscut diamond in finished jewelry). In inventory, Stuller has five sizes—0.15 ct. t.w., 0.2 ct. t.w., 0.33 ct. t.w., and 0.5 ct. t.w.—available for delivery, while 0.75 ct. t.w. stones can be special ordered. Stuller is also the exclusive distributor of Royal Asscher loose sapphires and Asscher Cut Princess loose sapphires.
