Sterling Jewelers has announced the promotions of three management employees to vice president.
Eric McIntyre has been promoted to vice president of impact; Jill Frantz to the role of vice president of lending and credit compliance; and Suzanne Shane to the role of vice president of credit risk, technology, and financial management.
McIntyre will oversee the development and implementation of Sterling’s retail planning, pricing, allocation, and replenishment processes. He has been with the company since 1996.

Frantz will be responsible for ensuring alignment with all consumer protection regulations related to Sterling’s private label credit offering. She joined the company in 1990.
Jill Frantz
Shane will be responsible for all credit department budgetary and financial forecasting efforts, portfolio risk assessments, and strategy design support for the credit operation including the direction of the new decision engine technology. She started with Sterling in 1990.
