Sterling Jewelers has promoted Dave Bailey to vice president of IT infrastructure and operations and Anne Lynett Clark to the newly created role of vice president of media and advertising.
Bailey will continue to be responsible for IT operations while also overseeing IT enterprise services, network services, and end-user computing groups. He joined Sterling in 1984.

Clark will continue to oversee all aspects of the execution of Sterling Jewelers’ strategic media plans while also leading the collection and analyses of external marketing, consumer insights, and competitive data. She has been with the company in various roles for 18 years.
