Morgan P. Richardson (pictured) has joined Stephanie Gottlieb Fine Jewelry as president and chief commercial officer.

In her new role, Richardson will drive the company’s e-commerce, marketing, and omnichannel strategies, drawing upon her experience with luxury brand management.

Richardson most recently served as president of the Americas at La Perla. Prior to that, she was vice president of merchandising and product development at Oscar de la Renta. She has also held executive merchandising and management roles at Bloomingdale’s and Barneys New York.

The company’s first president, Richardson will work alongside founder and CEO Stephanie Gottlieb, whom she first met in first grade at New York City’s Horace Mann School.

“I am pleased to join this female-led, digital-first organization,” said Richardson in a statement.

Richardson also serves on the board of directors at the School of American Ballet at Lincoln Center, the official school of the New York City Ballet, where she spent several years training. She holds a degree in social anthropology from Harvard University.
