Smyth Jewelers to relocate to a 50,000-sq.-ft. property

Smyth Jewelers will open its new location on Nov. 1 at 2020 York Road in Timonium, Md. The new 50,000-sq.-ft. property will be the largest single jewelry store in the nation, according to the jeweler. The opening coincides with Smyth’s 90th anniversary.

Billed as “York Road’s Newest Jewel,” the new Smyth location will be conveniently located on the “golden mile” connecting Towson and Hunt Valley.

“Smyth’s relocation to a larger showroom will allow us to expand on our customer service, a quality of Smyth which has contributed to its success over the past 90 years,” says Tom Smyth, president of Smyth Jewelers. “We look forward to welcoming current and new customers to our location and offering them an extensive product line of fine jewelry and gifts.”

In addition to new and expanded collections of fine jewels, gifts and collectibles, the store will feature on-site machine and hand engraving. Smyth has increased its sales and service staff, including the addition of master jewelers and artisans.

Established in 1914 by Albert Smyth, Smyth Jewelers continues to serve its customers guided by one simple principle: Deliver the highest levels of quality, value, and personal service, and back every product with the legendary Smyth Guarantee.
