Melissa Rycroft and Catherine Lowe hosted events at area jewelry stores
Simon G. Jewelry tapped two influencers—who are coincidentally both pregnant—to host a pair of in-store events for the brand in Dallas last week.
Melissa Rycroft and Catherine Lowe, both former contestants on The Bachelor, showed off sizable baby bumps as they greeted fans and customers at dual meet-and-greet events for Simon G. Jewelry at Bailey Banks & Biddle (Rycroft) and Diamond Doctor (Lowe).

Rycroft, who was greeted by a line of fans that snaked out the store’s front door, came with her husband, Tye Strickland, and glittered in a selection of pieces from Simon G. According to a company statement, the former Dallas Cowboy Cheerleader is a longtime fan of the brand (her wedding ring is by Simon G.). “She took a minute first to check out the jewelry, trying on rings and showing Tye some perfect push gifts for once she has her third child,” read the same statment.
Lowe (pictured, top), who won The Bachelor in the 17th season (she’s married to former Bachelor Sean Lowe) also tried on some bling and talked to fans—and at one point in the evening chatted up season nine Bachelor, Ben Scott, who attended the event with his girlfriend.
The locally based reality stars are ideal influencers for Simon G. Jewelry—glamorous but down-to-earth, bubbly but sophisticated.
