Signet Jewelers has tapped Raghu Sagi, a retail veteran with over 30 years of technology leadership experience, as its new chief digital and technology officer, effective Jan. 12.
“In 2025, we announced the details of our Grow Brand Love growth strategy,” Signet tells JCK. “This included forming a new integrated digital and IT function to create a seamless end-to-end technology experience for our team members, guests, and customers across our 11 brands.”
Before coming to Signet, Sagi was chief information and technology officer at Carter’s, the baby and toddler clothing company. Prior to that, he served as chief information officer for Inspire Brands, which owns Arby’s and other restaurant chains.
He now reports to Signet CEO J.K. Symancyk.
Signet’s first-ever chief digital officer, Rebecca Wooters, left the company last March.
