Sienna Sky Jewelry has acquired fashion jewelry manufacturer Lemon Tree Jewelry. Both companies are headquartered in Longmont, Colo.
Sienna Sky is a division of San Diego–based Succession Capital, which is a division of Toronto-based Lynx Equity. Succession Capital acquires small and medium-size businesses throughout North America from owners looking to retire.
Lynx acquired Sienna Sky last year.
Lemon Tree, which specializes in handcrafted earrings and necklaces, will be integrated into Sienna Sky’s operations, while remaining a unique product line. Founder Lisa Boyd will stay involved in designs, a statement said, noting that Sienna Sky and Lemon Tree share similar sales channels, suppliers, and design esthetics.
