Texas diamond company Sidney Schlusselberg is merging with Global Diamonds of Chicago.
The new company, Schlusselberg-Global, will be based in El Paso, Texas, while maintaining an office in Chicago.
“My presence in the Midwest and Sidney’s strength in the West and Southwest, make us a perfect match,” said Allen Lipscher, president of Global Diamonds, in a statement.
