Susumu Kawanishi, former president of Seiko Watch India, assumes the role

Susumu Kawanishi (pictured, right) is the new president and CEO of Seiko Corp. of America.

Seiko Corp. of America is a subsidiary of Seiko Watch Corp. and encompasses the brands Seiko Watches, Seiko Clocks, and Pulsar Watches.

Kawanishi has 30 years of experience in the watch industry, including having served as president of Seiko Watch India.

“I am honored to achieve the esteemed position of president and CEO of Seiko Corporation of America,” said Kawanishi. “I assume this role during an exciting time for the brand’s continued development in its premium collections and continued success in the core lines.”
