Samuel Aaron, which does business as the Aaron Group, has purchased bridal and fashion designer Armadani.
The management team led by Kevin Brosh and Art Jacoby will continue with the company. Both companies will maintain their current headquarters.
Robert Kempler, president and CEO of the Aaron Group, said the purchase “complements our existing business and allows us to diversify our clients and customer base.”
