Sam Hines, who now serves as international head of watches at Phillips, has also been appointed the auction house’s deputy chairman for Asia.
He will continue to serve as head of watches.
Hines joined Phillips as international head of watches in August 2015 and manages the international specialist teams in Hong Kong, Geneva, London, and New York City.
