Ruth Batson, executive director and CEO of the American Gem Society, will be presented with the Doyenne of the Year Award by the Indian Diamond & Colored Stone Association at its 29th Annual Awards Nite on June 1 at the Four Seasons Hotel ballroom during the JCK Las Vegas show.

Thomas Moses, senior vice president of the Gemological Institute of America, will be awarded with the Excellence in Research Award.

The IDCA has changed the format of the event from years past. This year, the evening will be a business networking event that includes a cocktail reception, fashion show, and jewelry display towers.

Anyone with a valid retailer’s badge will be able to attend the event.
