So I just got word from Hedda that Rob May, currently at Pluczenik and formerly with the Diamond Promotion Service, is the new head of the Natural Colored Diamond Association, taking over from Sam Merksamer, who resigned last week. He will apparently be focused on building retailer involvement.
Rob is a real mensch, extremely knowledgeable, and a great choice. We wish him the best. The official announcement is supposed to come tomorrow …
