Richline International has acquired the rights to the Italian
brands 7AR, Erz, and Farinex, it announced May 31.
The company will be combining the best of these companies
and operating them into one state-of-the-art factory. The three brands will be
headquartered in Arezzo and their sales forces will be combined.
“This is another important and strategic addition to
our expansion into the international arena and we are proud that Arezzo will be
our headquarters,” said Richline CEO Dennis Ulrich in a statement.
Richline, owned by Berkshire Hathaway, bought
the Italian brand Rosato in January.
