The Revere Academy of Jewelry Arts in San Francisco, Calif.,
announced a new scholarship aimed at the beading community May 16.
The scholarship covers any of The Revere Academy’s three-day
classes, including subjects like fabrication, stone setting, and jewelry
design. The winner can select the class of their choice and receive full
tuition plus airfare from anywhere in the U.S. as well as lodging in San
Francisco, and kit fees.
The scholarship is open to anyone who makes beaded jewelry
and would like to learn more about traditional jewelry making. Applications ask
for examples of beaded jewelry, along with a statement of why applicants want
to attend the Revere Academy.
The application deadline is Aug. 15. The winner will be
announced Sept. 15. For more information visit revereacademy.com.
