It will include panel discussions and seminars on the various ways that American companies can open or increase their business with India, private meetings with officials representing top India manufacturers, tours of manufacturing plants, and sightseeing tours.

The organizers of the program GJEPC and R&B Partners, LLP, a Connecticut–based strategic management and brand marketing consultancy) made a presentation to retailers during The JCK Show ~ Las Vegas. They described the response as “excellent.”

Some of the key Indian manufacturing sponsors signed include: Inter-Jewels, Fine Jewellery, Jewelex, Suashish, K.P. Sanghvi, Mohit Diamonds and Shrenuj to name a few of the 20 expected sponsors.

“Our goal is to host 15-20 of the “best of the best” North American retail companies at this inaugural event to ensure a quality experience for both the retailers and the sponsors,” said Bakul Mehta, Convener, Diamond Panel of the GJEPC. “While most of those invited fall into the category of the “majors,” we have also reached out to several notable high-end independents that can benefit from this unique event.”
