Repousse Jewelry by Galmer’s New Silver Forever Flowers Collection for Brides

Silversmith Michael Galmer, the artist behind Repousse Jewelry by Galmer, is such a fan of Washington, D.C., florist and TV personality Sarah von Pollaro, owner of D.C.–based Flower Empowered and a floral design expert on PBS, that he created a collection in her honor. The new Forever Flowers collection of sterling silver flowers—Sweet Anemone, Wild Dahlia, Simply Gardenia, Ranunculus Love, Dogwood Blossom, and Garden Rose—are available as pendants and earrings, inspired by the favorite blooms of von Pollaro’s bridal clients.

“When gardenias are the basis of a bride’s bouquet, she is excited to have a gardenia pendant which keeps her wedding memories fresh forever,” von Pollaro told the press. Pieces are made in Galmer’s workshop in Long Island City, N.Y.; to date, the collection features only pendants and earrings retailing from $300 to $400, but rings, bracelets, and possibly multi-flower necklaces are under consideration.

“We move by Michael Galmer’s inspiration,” explains managing partner Carolyn O’Keefe. “I’m certain we’ll add little stones…such as pink tourmalines or citrines to the dogwood earrings and pendant along the way. We will also introduce additional popular flowers as we expand upon the collection, and we are open to creating custom flower designs tailored for our retail partners’ local markets.”

Since the line’s June debut, 14 retailers have placed orders.
