Nielsen Expositions, the trade-show company that owns the Jewelers of America Show, Couture, and National Jeweler, is up for sale, several publications are reporting.
Both The Wall Street Journal and Bloomberg say that Nielsen Holdings has hired Credit Suisse AG to sell its trade show division.
Properties under that division include Couture, the JA New York Winter & Summer shows, the JA Special Delivery Shows, and Nationaljeweler.com, as well as numerous other shows in different industries.
A Nielsen spokesperson declined comment to JCK.
