Landlord Isaac Cherit is looking to sell two prominent Diamond District buildings—15 West 47th Street and 22 West 48th Street—according to an article in The Real Deal quoting unnamed sources.
Cherit and partner Sioni Group are asking for between $190 million and $200 million for the two buildings, which sit diagonally back to back, the report said. They are being sold through Cushman & Wakefield.
Cherit could not be reached for comment.
