Rembrandt Charms Sponsors Rolex Grand-Am Racing Series

Rembrandt Charms, Buffalo, N.Y., is the corporate sponsor of Tafel Racing’s number 74 Porsche GT3 Cup Car in the Rolex Grand-Am racing series for the second consecutive year.

The 2006 Grand-Am racing series reached more than 68 million households through SPEED TV and provided Rembrandt Charms with an innovative way to connect with potential new customers, the company said in a statement.

“I’m very optimistic about our second season as a corporate sponsor,” said Chris Lux, founder of Rembrandt Charms. “Our company has benefited from the exposure we have received and our business associates are looking forward to another successful season.”

The GT3 Cup Car will be competing in the famous Rolex 24 Hours At Daytona (Jan. 27-28) and will be driven by Eric Lux of Buffalo, N.Y., Wolf Henzler and Dominik Farnbacher, both of Germany, as well as team owner Jim Tafel of Alpharetta, Ga. For race fans, it’s one of the most exciting races of the year. It will be televised by SPEED TV and FOX Sports.
