Rembrandt Charms Expands Sales Team

Rembrandt Charms has announced recent changes to its sales team, with the addition of a new regional account manager and two new account executives.

Stepping into the role of regional account manager for the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware stores, along with select accounts throughout the country, is Maria Tracy, who comes to Rembrandt after six years with Pandora. As a visual merchandiser and trainer for Pandora, Tracy helped her accounts to grow their businesses through social media, in-store advertising and events, and new product launches.

“Maria’s role as regional account manager will add a new dimension to our sales team,” said Rembrandt vice president of sales and customer service, Jim Honsberger, in a press release. “Having Maria out in the field will provide us with greater insight into the needs and wants of our customers. We believe her knowledge and experience with the jewelry industry and jewelers make her a valuable asset to the team.”

Rounding out the additions to the sales team are new account executives Caroline Bonalsky and Jennifer Urbaniak. Bonalsky comes to Rembrandt Charms from South Florida, where she worked as a fragrance distributor managing Bulgari, Hermès, and Beauté Prestige International brands in the Caribbean, and she has 10 years of retail management experience in the U.S. as well. “I have always considered taking care of a client as a personal investment,” said Bonalsky. “It will be my goal to build strong relationships with my Rembrandt Charms accounts and assist them in increasing their businesses.”

Jennifer Urbaniak, like Tracy, hails from Pandora, working as a visual merchandiser in the western New York and Erie, Pa., areas. With past experience running her own small jewelry business and working for Viva International, Urbaniak is prime for the position. “I am thrilled at the oportunity to work for an industry leader,” she said in a press release. “My focus will be on bringing new business opportunities to the company along with growing established accounts.”
