Rembrandt Charms has appointed marketing veteran Ella Blum as director of creative and brand strategy.

In this newly created role, Blum oversees the Buffalo, N.Y.–based company’s brand identity, visual storytelling, campaign development, content creation, and retailer-facing marketing initiatives. She joined Rembrandt on Jan. 5.

Blum has a decade of marketing experience, in both business-to-business and business-to-consumer environments. She most recently served as manager for campaigns and commercial planning for the RealReal. Prior to that, she worked in senior marketing roles at New Era Cap Co., where she led e-commerce content, digital storytelling, and influencer strategy.

“Ella brings a rare combination of strategic thinking, creative leadership, and operational discipline,” said Rembrandt Charms president Eric Lux in a statement. “She understands how to build emotionally resonant brands while maintaining the rigor required to support retailers and scale responsibly.”
