Giustina Pavanello Rahaminov Models Family Legacy in New Campaign

Share

The new Rahaminov Diamonds campaign featuring Giustina Pavanello Rahaminov on her 88th birthday honors the matriarch of the third-generation business as its ultimate supporter and muse.

Rahaminov Diamonds worked with celebrity stylist Micah Schifman on photos for social media and the company website of Pavanello Rahaminov wearing some of the brand’s designs, including its trademarked Movál-cut diamonds, bezel-set stones, and fancy yellow diamonds.

“Jewelry carries stories forward. These images are not just photographs—they are a reflection of my life and our family’s legacy. Preserving that story visually ensures that future generations understand where they come from and what truly endures,” Pavanello Rahaminov tells JCK via email.

A surprise photo session turned into a marketing campaign starring Giustina Pavanello Rahaminov, widow of the diamond jewelry brand’s cofounder.

How does it feel to be a model for your family and their jewelry? Priceless, Pavanello Rahaminov says. The photo shoot and campaign were surprises—she had traveled from Israel to Los Angeles to celebrate her birthday with family.

“I felt surrounded by love and intention throughout the process,” Pavanello Rahaminov says. “It was about presence and storytelling. Most of all, it was about spending time together and capturing moments that I hope will be cherished for a long time—something they will remember me by for many years to come.”

Pavanello Rahaminov, who came from a jewelry family, was married to Moshe Rahaminov, the late cofounder of Rahaminov Diamonds. As Moshe and his brothers grew their business in diamond cutting and trading, she helped behind the scenes sorting and counting diamonds from home.

Pavanello Rahaminov’s daughter, Tamara Rahaminov Goldfiner, evolved the brand into a fine jewelry house, and now granddaughters Nicol Goldfiner Barlev and Melanie Goldfiner Goldberg are taking it in new directions, Pavanello Rahaminov says.

Melanie serves as chief marketing and business development officer, and Nicol works on the creative side with Tamara, the brand’s design visionary. Tamara’s husband, Amir Goldfiner, runs the business end of the company.

“I am proud of my family because they lead with integrity, passion, and deep respect for craftsmanship. What began with my husband, Moshe, at the bench has grown into something far greater, yet it has never lost its heart,” says Pavanello Rahaminov.

“I am incredibly proud of my daughter and son-in-law for what they have built, and seeing my granddaughters continue the legacy fills me with so much pride. Moshe was already very proud, and I know he would be even more proud today to see what they have created.”

This stage of her life brings reflection, gratitude, and perspective, Pavanello Rahaminov adds.

“Being a matriarch is not about age. It is about continuity. It is about seeing what my late husband began with love, and hard work carried forward through generations, and knowing that the values we lived by still matter today,” she says.

Pavanello Rahaminov says she is honored to be called a muse, especially since Rahaminov jewelry is about emotion, memory, and personal expression. (Her expressions and beauty make these photographs wonderful—please, more images of women like this in all of jewelry marketing!)

“Knowing that my life, spirit, and story can inspire something lasting and wearable is very special to me. These pieces hold meaning beyond beauty, and I feel connected to them in a very personal way,” she says.
