The fifth annual Portland Jewelry Symposium will be held at the Governor Hotel in Portland, Ore., on Oct. 21–22.
The symposium will include presentations on topics such as design, CAD sculpting tools, and green jewelry practices. Will Vinton, Academy Award-winning animation producer and director, will deliver the keynote speech.
“We like to think of it as a great think tank for jewelers that are passionate about technology and the art of making fine jewelry,” founder Teresa Fryé said in a statement.
