Lord & Taylor celebrates 100 years with fantastic windows filled with moving elements and video-wall technology in an enchanted mansion. The tony merchant at 424 Fifth Ave. featured window displays of Cinderella-inspired birds hoisting jewels to imaginary nests and papier-mâché and cutout scenes from Alice in Wonderland and The Wizard of Oz. Mansion rooms include a Heritage Gallery full of quirky dog portraits and a library that doubles as a Hall of Wisdom, complete with fairy-tale creatures clinging to a moving ladder.
